Specific working conditions: It is used for the lubrication and cooling of compressor (centrifugal and screw compressors) components, and a flow meter is installed for each oil inlet and
oil return for detection.

       Why use a flowmeter?

 

Hydraulic oil is used to lubricate and cool the cooling and bearing components on the compressor. The effectiveness of lubrication and cooling depends on whether the flow rate of the
lubricating oil is within the specified range. If it is too large or too small, the cooling and lubricating effect will be poor. For example, if the bearing is damaged due to excessive wear, it
will cause the compressor to fail to work properly and needs to be repaired. The maintenance cycle is long and the cost is high, and it will also affect the normal production of the factory.
