Pump Control System
Customer's Actual Needs:
The primary pump needs to provide a head of 60 meters at a flow rate of 82 m³/h;
The secondary pump needs to provide an additional head of approximately 100 meters at the same flow rate.
The two pumps will be connected in series and can operate simultaneously or independently.
System pressure up to 25 bar.
Clear water.
The pump's performance can increase the head to approximately 220 meters; therefore, a water tank with a rated pressure of 2.5–3 MPa is deemed most suitable.
The pump must be equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) to control system flow and pressure, and a pressure accumulator (expansion tank/stabilizing tank) is also required.
The pump inlet/outlet interface supports 2-40mA current signals and RS485 communication.
Pump body material can be SS304 or other materials.
These pumps will be used for technical/process testing of other products.
The pumps will operate within systems with a wide flow rate adjustment range. A bypass valve will be installed in the system to ensure smooth pump operation.
The image shows pumps installed in parallel, but I plan to install them in series to increase pressure.
