1. The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter should be as far away from machines and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields as possible.

 

2. The installation site shall not have strong vibration, and the pipe shall be fixed firmly.The indoor temperature changes little.

 

3. Installation location shall be conducive to installation and maintenance.

 

Ii. Selection of installation location

 

1. The installation location must ensure that the pipeline is always filled with the measured flow body.

 

2. The distance between the upstream straight pipe and the downstream straight pipe of the controller installation pipeline shall be no less than 8D and no less than 5D.

 

Installation of the controller of the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter

 

1. Clean the welding slag and burr of the installation base of the pipe under test.

 

2. Install the DN50 ball valve on the mounting base, pay attention to the long cavity of the ball valve upward, and check that everything on and off of the ball valve is normal.

 

3. Install the clamping thread seat assembly on the ball valve, loosen the positioning screw and the clamping nut, and insert the controller into the rod and into the pipeline under test through the ball valve.

 

4. The controller is inserted at a depth of 3mm beyond the base. After meeting the requirements, tighten the positioning screw and the clamping nut.At the same time, pay attention to the direction sign of the controller and the flow direction.

1. Is the hole in the pipeline under test larger than the base?51 tubes, base?The depth at which the 51 pipe is inserted into the hole of the pipe under test is flat on both sides, as shown in the figure;

 

2. Insert electromagnetic flowmeter adopts stainless steel welding rod for flat welding, and ensures that the flange face is parallel to the pipe axis after welding.

 

V. adjustment and use

 

1. Connect the power supply and other connections with the converter mark according to the specification of the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter. Check the instrument display after energizing.it is necessary to confirm that the tube under test is filled with fluid and the flow rate is zero.

 

2. After the fluid flow in the tube under test is stable, inquire the meter display, then turn the controller direction to maximize the display value, and lock the positioning screw and the clamping nut.
