Common Problems and Solutions of Micro Elliptic Gear Flowmeter

Faults and solutions:

A: Gear don't rotate

he gear got stuck by debris, should clean the gear and cavity ;

To clean and replace filter

B: Big error for micro flow

1) Pls check the install direction;

2) got stuck by debris, should clean it;

3) to check the Parameter on display instrument if you buy display instrument.

C. Big error

The actual usage flow range lower than or more than flow meter flow range, should choose the suitable flow range of micro flow meter.

D. No signal

1) The gear got sruck;

2) the circuit damaged ;

3) with damaged display instrument should clean the flow meter and replace circuit and display instrument.
