I. Recommended Core Parameter Matching

Type: Bourdon-type pressure gauge. Utilizes a single-turn spring tube construction for high sensitivity, suitable for low-pressure applications (0-2.5 bar).

Safety Margin: The actual operating pressure should be controlled between 1/3 and 2/3 of the range (i.e., 0.83 to 1.67 bar) to prevent fatigue caused by prolonged high stress on the spring tube.
 
Overload Protection: The recommended range is 0-4 bar, and it can withstand short-term overpressure up to 6 bar (1.5 times the range), complying with ASME B40.100 standards.
 
Material Alternatives: Monel Alternatives when 400 is unavailable: 316 stainless steel has better corrosion resistance in chloride environments than 304, but less than Monel. If the medium contains high concentrations of chloride ions (such as seawater), the calibration interval should be shortened to 3 months.
 
Seal Material Options:
FPM: Suitable for high-temperature media (such as steam) below 150°C.
FKM: Suitable for environments with strong acids and organic solvents (such as sulfuric acid and diesel).
PTFE: Suitable for highly corrosive media such as concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide.

IP67 certification requires passing IEC 60529 testing, including:
Dustproof: No dust can enter the housing.
Waterproof: No water can enter the housing after immersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
