Process control is required everywhere in modern industry. The so-called process control is the automatic control of the process parameters such as
the flow rate, pressure and temperature of the medium gas participating in the reaction as the controlled variables. It is often necessary to
integrate
mass flow controllers or pressure controllers in process control systems.
The mass flow controller separately controls the mass flow of oxygen and natural gas, and mixes and burns with a precise ratio, so as to
control the flame temperature of the robotic arm, so as to realize the fully automatic process control of heating the surface of the car bumper.

Among them, the natural gas source is supplied by cylinder gas. Due to the limitations of the site conditions, the gas source pressure is only
a few tens of kPa, and the pressure decreases as it goes on. In order to prevent the waste of gas source in the long run, I chose the unique
low pressure of Shanghai CIXI. Loss of mass flow controller, only 0.30psi (≈2.07kPa) gas source pressure can reach 100SLPM full scale.
