The installation of the liquid turbine flow meter adopts flange connection, thread connection and clamping type. The sensor should be kept away from the external magnetic field. If it cannot be avoided,
necessary measures should be taken. The liquid turbine flowmeter has a good anti-corrosion function and can test viscosity and corrosion liquid. The output signal of the turbine flowmeter is pulse,
which is easy to digitize.

 

Pay attention to the following points when using and installing the liquid turbine flowmeter:

First, the instrument installation adopts flange connection, thread connection and clamping type;

Second, when the sensor is installed in the open air, please do a good job of waterproofing the amplifier plug;

Third, the sensor should be kept away from the external magnetic field. If it cannot be avoided, necessary measures should be taken;

Fourth, bypass pipes should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor

Fifth, the liquid flow direction during installation should be consistent with the direction of the arrow indicating the flow direction on the sensor housing.
