Today a customer needs a condensate centrifugal pump. He provided the parameters of a centrifugal pump he is currently using and wanted us to provide a
centrifugal pump for conveying condensate with similar parameters to meet his needs

Purpose:

Centrifugal pump for conveying hot condensate in thermal power plants (cogeneration/thermal power plants). The pump should be suitable for continuous
operation under high temperature conditions.

Technical parameters:

Type: horizontal, single-stage, cantilever centrifugal pump

Flow rate: 125 m3/h

Head: 55 m

Working pressure: up to 1.6 MPa (16 bar)

Working temperature: up to +150°C

Conveying medium: clean, solid-free condensate (non-corrosive)

Shaft seal: packing seal (preferred) or high-temperature resistant mechanical seal

Wetting parts material: cast iron or carbon steel (or other hot water resistant materials)

Inlet/outlet size: inlet 125 mm / outlet 80 mm (or determined by model)

Speed: 2900 rpm

Motor power: 30 kW

Protection level and installation environment: suitable for dust, humidity and ambient temperature up to +40°C Indoor installation

Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase

Installation: Pump and motor share a common base, connected by coupling (skid mounted)
