1. Working principle of turbine flow meter

Turbine flow meters determine flow by measuring the frequency of fluid passing through a rotating turbine. Its working principle is based on the influence of inertia and fluid forces on the turbine as

Fluid enters the turbine flowmeter and flows through the turbine blades.

2. Structural composition of turbine flow meter

Turbine blades: The turbine blades located in the fluid channel are the core components of the turbine flowmeter and rotate through the impact and push of the fluid.
Sensor: The sensor built into the turbine flow meter monitors the rotational speed of the turbine, usually using magnetic, optical or Hall effect technology.
Signal Converter: The signal generated by the sensor needs to be converted into a readable flow value. Signal converters perform this process, which typically includes steps such as amplification,
filtering, and digital conversion.
Display and control unit: Processes the converted signal and displays the result on the flow meter. In some applications, this data can also be transmitted to the control system to achieve automated control.
