Selection of Metering Pumps for Oil-Based Pigments and Additives

 

- The medium is an oil-based pigment and additive dispersion. Viscosity is between 2000-6000 cp.

 

Flow rate: 1-9 L/h.

 

- Pressure: 1-3 bar, depending on pipeline back pressure.

 

- Fluid temperature: 5-35℃.

 

- A motor with controllable speed is required. Ideally, the more precise the speed control, the better, preferably achieving very
low speeds and being able to feed the speed back to the controller.

 

Our technicians recommend a 1.5CC gear metering pump after receiving the inquiry.

 

1.5CC low-speed pump with servo motor; PLC control is recommended on-site.
