Sodium hydroxide solution magnetic metering pump
Today we received an inquiry from a customer regarding a chemical magnetic metering pump. He provided the following information:
(1) Sodium hydroxide solution. Approximately 20%. Particle-free. 110 kg/h, 1833. Commonly used 40-50 kg/h, minimum 20 kg/h. Outlet backup pressure 5-7 kg.
(Adjusted according to capacity) Front end is a water tank. Inlet pipe DN25, outlet pipe DN15. Temperature: Ambient. Explosion-proof variable frequency motor
(2) Water, commonly used 800 kg/h, maximum 1300 L/h, backup pressure 5-7 kg. Explosion-proof variable frequency motor, vertical installation, ambient
temperature. After receiving our inquiry, our technicians recommend the following magnetic drive pumps:
1. 1. 1.8CC-72 magnetic drive pump with a 0.37KW explosion-proof variable frequency motor (four-stage).
2. 18CC-128 magnetic drive pump with a 1.5KW explosion-proof variable frequency motor (two-stage). Vertical installation is not possible.
